At Harper & Bath, we want you to love every product you purchase from us. If something isn’t quite right, our returns policy is here to help.
Unwanted Items

You can return unwanted items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Items returned between 31 and 90 days after delivery will be eligible for a credit note (valid for 12 months).

Items must be unused, in original packaging, not installed, and in a resaleable condition.

Please avoid writing on or affixing labels to the product packaging.

Return Methods

Arrange your own return: Get in touch to arrange your own return. Depending on the item being return the location may vary.

Optional collection service:

Small items: £9.99 collection fee.

Large/fragile items: £39.99 (single box) or £49.99 (multiple boxes).

Remote area surcharges may apply (e.g., Northern Scotland, Channel Islands).

Excludes international orders.

Items must be securely packed for safe return. Damage during transit is not covered by Harper & Bath.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available within 90 days of delivery.

You will need to place a new order upfront. Once we receive your returned item, we’ll issue a refund minus the collection and re-delivery fee.

Prefer to handle it yourself? Return your item and place a new order at your convenience.

Damaged or Faulty Items

For damaged items or manufacturing faults, please contact our team as soon as possible.

Faulty item returns are handled separately from unwanted returns.

Used, installed, or made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Collection fees apply to unwanted returns and exchanges.

Credit notes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
