Delivery Areas

We currently deliver across the UK mainland. For deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, or international destinations, please contact us directly for a shipping quote.

Delivery Times

We aim to deliver all orders within 2–4 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays). You will receive a confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Charges

Shipping costs are based on the size and type of item:

• Small Items (e.g. taps, wastes, accessories): £4.99

• Medium Items (e.g. radiators, mirrors): £9.99

• Large Items (e.g. toilets, basins, baths, furniture): £29.99

Final shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your basket contents.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your items upon delivery. If any item arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
